As part of this commitment, Thomson Reuters Legal Australia is launching <em>You Can\u2019t Be What You Can\u2019t See \u2013 Transforming Women\u2019s Leadership in the Law<\/em>, a Change Makers\u2019 program aimed at improving the gender balance at the top of our organisations.<\/p>\n<p>We conducted a short survey with our customers to learn their views on gender diversity and inclusion in the legal industry.
