It explores the significance of being part of an organisation\u2019s Pride Network, and also a broader community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u201cThomson Reuters and 42 of our major customers have award status on the Australian Workplace Equality Index. It\u2019s incredibly important for us to understand and meet our customers&#8217; business needs.
